The figure below presents a summary of some of the performance improvement initiatives that the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative has been examining over the past two years.
A series of performance measures were developed through breakout sessions with participants, corresponding to the goals mentioned above. All performance measures and their definitions may be found in the Methdology section.
