Andy Bell is a water and wastewater engineer who joined AECOM’s Asset Management and Benchmarking team in 2007. He has worked for much of his career in the UK, working for 5 years on both the design and construction of municipal infrastructure projects. Now, he has chosen to specialize in infrastructure management, and the planning of engineering projects in his field of expertise.
Since joining AECOM Andy has undertaken various studies such as the determination of equity for a city’s municipal water rates, the creation of a city-wide water main replacement strategy, capital scope setting with cost allocation for a large WWTP, as well as the benchmarking of cities in the Lower Mainland. He is eagerly anticipating his first benchmarking workshop in 2008, and like all other participants, it’s not just because of the location!
