Alexander Kolesov is a project technologist, energy and climate change analyst with 15 years of experience in consulting and conducting analysis and applied research. His primary responsibilities at AECOM include data processing and managing the database for the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative and taking care of the Benchmarking web site. He also designs and creates new charts and graphs for the Benchmarking reports and presentations, and collects and analyses information on water and wastewater rates in Canada. Alexander also contributes to a number of water, sewer, drainage and transportation asset management projects as a data analyst.
