Alvin Pilobello is a water/wastewater Engineer-in-training from AECOM’s Kitchener, Ontario office. He coordinates NWWBI data collection efforts for the City of Hamilton, the Region of Durham, and others municipalities requiring additional assistance. Alvin provides strong support for NWWBI Task Force Workshops, and has also applied the benchmarking process in various asset management projects across Ontario, to assist clients with their utility performance improvements.

Alvin also has experience in coordinating W/WW pilot-scale studies, Class EA studies, and contract administration. Outside of work, Alvin is an active volunteer with the Water Environment Association of Ontario (WEAO), where he manages their student chapter program, and writes articles for their magazine “INFLUENTS”.
