Catherine Dallaire is a project engineer with the Water Asset Management group. She has developed computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) optimisation plans for linear infrastructure and treatment plants. Her excellent interpersonal skills have allowed her to facilitate numerous maintenance planning workshops with operations and maintenance staff of all levels and incorporate local field knowledge, business processes and data requirements into these plans.

Through her participation in the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking, Catherine has gained experience in the collection and analysis of utility data. The range of data collected has allowed her to co-ordinate the collaboration of staff from multiple utility departments. She is able to maintain buy-in for the project’s goals from the different groups with her team focused approach.
