Elise Bingeman is a water / wastewater engineer-in-training working in AECOM’s London, Ontario office. She has been involved in the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative since 2011, and she is currently performing data collection and QA / QC activities for the Cities of London, Brantford, Thunder Bay, and the Windsor Utilities Commission, as well as various other municipalities as required.  Elise’s other project experience includes financial studies, wastewater treatment plant assessments, hydrology and hydraulic studies, and construction administration.
