Ms. Hobbs is accomplished in asset management, and performance measurement and improvement for the Water group in Kitchener. She heads up the data collection efforts for many of the Ontario portions of the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative and assists in work group facilitation. Ms. Hobbs has experience working in water and wastewater treatment facilities. She currently works with capital asset management plans, asset evaluation, infrastructure performance improvement, condition assessment, and financial planning.
