Geoff Linschoten

Geoff has over 20 years of experience in the public works field in the private and public sectors. He specializes in asset management for water and wastewater infrastructure, condition assessment techniques, municipal finance, municipal management, and capital planning. He also has experience in municipal engineering, information technologies including software development and implementation, geographic information systems (GIS), and infrastructure performance and condition assessment. He has past experience with the development of asset and information management business processes, protocols and tools, refine key condition/performance indicators, enhance asset condition analysis and tools to proactively manage infrastructure. Over the past several years, he has been actively involved in numerous municipal asset management initiatives including the Canadian Municipal Infrastructure Investment Planning (NRC) project, National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative, Regional Public Works Commissioners Asset Management Working Group, and the WEAO Asset Management Committee.
