Nancy Hill specializes in the strategic planning, design and construction of municipal infrastructure. In particular, Nancy is passionate about helping municipalities manage stormwater in an environmentally and economically sustainable manner and demonstrates this passion as leader of the Stormwater Task Force. She has led infrastructure projects from planning to implementation for municipalities, regional and federal governmental agencies and large multinational companies. She has 15 years of experience working in the public and private sectors in North America and in Europe in the following areas: storm water, wastewater, water, transportation, greenways, asset management, information technology and urban design.
