Ms. Gudgeon has 5 years of experience in the public works field at the regional government level. She specializes in asset management for water and wastewater infrastructure, structural and condition assessment techniques, municipal finance, municipal management and capital planning. As a project manager within AECOM ’s Asset Management Group, she brings experience in municipal engineering, infrastructure performance and condition assessment, capital improvement planning, PSAB data inventories and reporting requirements and, the development and analysis of financially sustainable water and wastewater servicing plans.
